Our new digital Record of Activities (RoA) for the 2023 reporting year is now live. You can begin using the digital RoA by logging in to the McMaster Experts Profile Manager using you MacID and password at this portal link. A comprehensive user guide with detailed instructions can be accessed from the following link.
You have the choice of piloting the digital RoA or continuing to use the current RoA and consulting report Word templates (available at this link). I will be using the digital RoA to help improve and refine the platform. The more faculty who use the digital RoA, the better the technology will get in a shorter span of time.
I would like to thank the RoA project team for responding to faculty feedback and making technical improvements to the platform in late December and early January. As a result, more information will now be automatically loaded into your digital RoA.
Faculty who have questions about Experts as they complete the RoA can email experts@mcmaster.ca for support. If they have a question about Record of Activities requirements more generally or about the pilot, they can email sci_roa@mcmaster.ca.
