Meet The Acting Dean Of Science

Gianni Parise is serving as the Acting Dean of Science during Dean Maureen MacDonald’s research leave.

Gianni joined McMaster University as a faculty member in 2005, after earning his masters and PhD at McMaster and completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the Ottawa Health Research Institute. Gianni served as McMaster University’s Acting Deputy Vice-President, Research prior to his one-year appointment in July 2024.
