“Some good advice that I received in early undergrad was to make time for exercise and to schedule it in my calendar like an appointment. Even when you don’t feel like you have time to take a break from studying, you need to remember that being active will help to make you a healthier and more effective learner. On top of the advice itself, my classes in Kinesiology acted as a constant reminder to practise what you preach!”
