McMaster – One Of The World’s Top 75 Universities
The Times Higher Education World University Rankings measure nearly 1,400 universities in 92 countries. Universities are ranked using performance indicators that include teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook.
“These indicators are all key strengths for our Faculty of Science because of the commitment of faculty members and staff to impactful research, teaching excellence and international collaborations,” says Dean Maureen MacDonald. “Ranking among the top 75 universities in the world will help us continue to attract exceptional students, faculty, staff and Faculty partners.”
McMaster, UBC, University of Toronto, McGill and the University of Montreal were the only Canadian universities to finish among the top 100.
Earlier this year, Times Higher Education ranked McMaster as second in the world for impact at home and globally.
