Log on for Free LIVELab Jazz Concerts this Month
JUNO award-winning artist Laila Biali (left) will perform Nov. 14 with Larnell Lewis on drums and George Koller on bass. The concert is part of MIMM’s 16th annual NeuroMusic Conference. The performance will include a discussion on the cross-cultural roots of jazz and take the audience through a performance of jazz standards, contemporary covers and original music.
On Nov. 28, award-winning jazz arts Adi Braun will take the audience through the history and sounds of film noir. The concert will include a Science Snapshot with Dr. Marshall Chasin and LIVELab Director Laurel Trainor.
