Research Staff and Post-Doctoral fellows

Dr. Mike Treberg
Dr Treberg helps run the show from Ottawa. He has a PhD in plant ecology, yet "enjoys" the trials and tribulations of making sure all the equipment works and  designing/building instruments for the lab and field.
Picture
Dr. Gord Drewitt
Dr Drewitt crunches all the data to evaluate the biometeorological fluxes of water and carbon from reclamation and natural ecosystems, He also keeps the mountains of data in order.

Graduate Students

Picture
Andras Szeitz
Andras' PhD work examines drivers of water temperature change across thermal and vegetation gradients in Yukon. This photo was taken in an emergency
Picture
Clara Cogswell
Clara is the second Texan in the group and joins us from CUAHSI to begin her PhD in Yukon exploring cold region hydrological processes. The Toe Captain approves!
Picture
Calvin Newbery
Calvin Newbery's MSc explores the hydrometric response of streams in Yukon. Interesting stuff!
Picture
Connor Lashley
Connor will be working on understanding shrub vegetation water use and how rapid ecosystem change in Yukon  is influence evapotranspiration. Yes, this is his official varsity track photo.
Picture
Brett Jacot
Brett joins the Group from UofT via the Lone Star State. Exciting topic to be revealed, but as a teaser he will be working with collaborators on eDNA to evaluate changes in Yukon streams.
