Maureen also acknowledged students Adina Silver (pictured above), Toni Luongo and Pratik Joshi for serving as Welcome Week 2019 planners for the Faculty of Science. Adina, Toni, and Pratik began working on Welcome Week in April and led a team of more than 150 Science student volunteers in running Faculty Day, Faculty Night, Faculty Fest, inter-faculty events and a fundraiser for cystic fibrosis. “Thank you for making first-year students feel welcome right from day one.”
