Call For Research Chair Nominations
Nominations to recognize colleagues for their outstanding achievements are being accepted until Nov. 26 at 4 p.m. Science Research Chairs receive three years of funding for graduate students and research supplies.
Three Faculty of Science Research Chairs were selected in 2018 from 18 nominations. Allison Williams from Geography & Earth Sciences was appointed Science Research Chair in Career Friendly Workplaces. Michael Brook from Chemistry & Chemical Biology was appointed Science Research Chair in Sustainable Silicone Polymers and Kari Dalnoki-Veress from Physics & Astronomy was appointed Science Research Chair in Experimental Soft Condensed Matter Physics.
