In response to the suspension of in-person support services, if you require assistance, please consider the following McMaster resources:
(1) Student Wellness Centre
The Student Wellness Centre will continue offering services, with changes as noted:
Until further notice, for appointment booking – reception will be available between 10am-2pm.
Appointments (Medical) – can only be made by calling 905-525-9140 x27700. Appointments will be via telephone for any appointments that do not need to be in-person. Some medical services will not be available. If you already have an appointment, you will be contacted with further information.

Academic skills programs are here to support your development in key areas, such as reading, writing and studying. Our services are for anyone who wants to become more efficient and effective.
International Student Services is a division of the Student Success Centre that provides additional services and programs for international undergraduate, graduate, visiting and exchange students at McMaster University.
(3) Other Forms of Support
Undergraduate: Virtual, on-demand counselling and academic-life services for students, roommates and immediate family members.
Reflection Circles are a safe space for connecting with your self and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. You are welcome to attend any week – no need to signup!
