In response to the suspension of in-person support services, if you require assistance, please consider the following McMaster resources:

1. Student Wellness Centre

The Student Wellness Centre will continue offering services, with changes as noted:

International Student Services is a division of the Student Success Centre that provides additional services and programs for international undergraduate, graduate, visiting and exchange students at McMaster University.

Open Circle – Online Reflection Circles

Reflection Circles are a safe space for connecting with your self and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. You are welcome to attend any week – no need to signup!

A free confidential hotline with counselling services, information and referrals for mental health and addictions. Available 24/7 by calling 1-866-925-5454.
